The VeeLynk Design Process

The VeeLynk Design Process (VDP) is geared to be as stress free and convenient as possible. Our aim is to transition your website/upgrade your website with the least amount of downtime as possible.

To do this, your current website is kept online and unchanged for the most part, as changes are made on a mirror site. Upon completion of the re-design, the client will be given access to preview the new site and discuss their likes, dislikes and/or any changes they would like to make.

When all parties are satisfied, the transfer from the offline site to the live site will begin. To facilitate the process – VeeLynk will need access to your previous webhost, domain registrar, and the site administrator or whoever is in charge of the current website.

Initial Meeting: assessment of needs and parameters
Proposal Submission: after initial meeting
Proposal Acceptance by Client: agreement executed
Informational/Design Meeting: determine content, logo and graphics
Website Design: time frame depending on size and scope of site and delivery of materials by client
Delivery of Working Design: beta/mirror site review
Testing and Review: loading to web server/host
“Go Live”: Congratulations!
